Ordering Information
Normal lead times are five to seven business days after receipt of order.
Rush Orders
There will be a 25% rush order charge added to the total order on orders requiring faster than normal lead times when machines are at full capacity.
Order Cancellation
All orders will be charged the full amount if production has already been started. If production hasnt started there will be no charge to the customer.
Discounts
All orders over $250.00 will receive a 10% discount.
All orders over $1,250.00 will receive a 20% discount.
Discounts do not apply to past due accounts, custom shapes or non stock items.
Boxing and Shipping
There will be an $8.00 boxing charge per box shipped.
Wood boxes or crates for freight line carriers are priced by the square foot.
All orders over $100.00 in value will be charged an additional .50 per $100.00 for insurance
purposes.
All orders will be shipped UPS unless stated otherwise prior to shipment.
Large orders will be sent by a freight line of our choice unless a specific carrier has been requested
by the customer.
Damaged shipments
All orders that are accepted by the customer from the carrier assume responsibility, and must make the claim with the carrier. Replacement pieces will be provided as soon as possible but will not receive credit until claim receipt has been received. All damaged goods must be reported with in twenty four hours of being recieved.
Payment Information
All major credit cards are accepted.
Payment terms are NET 30 days on established credit; C.O.D. on all other orders.
After 30 days, there will be a 1.5% finance charge per month. After 60 days all accounts will be automatically returned to C.O.D. We will not ship to customers over 60 days.

We only use glass made in the United States. Our suppliers are Pilkington L.O.F., PPG, Arch Mirror, and Gardner Mirror.
Our glass types edges and abbreviations are as follows.
Jade Standard clear glass with the green tint. Available in 3/16, 1/4 , 3/8, 1/2, & 3/4 .
SF Starphire is crystal clear. Note the thicker and larger a piece gets the more color it will have. Available in 1/4 , 3/8, 1/2 , & 3/4 .
Grey Dark almost black glass. Available in 1/4 , 3/8, & 1/2 .
Bronze Bronze has a copper tone. Available in 1/4 , 3/8, & 1/2.
Blue Azurlite is only available 1/4 and 1/2 .
